What to expect from your order:
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for any immediate concerns. When you reach out please include your order number, pictures and an explanation of the issue.
Dahlia tubers come in all shapes and sizes. We guarantee that your tubers will be healthy, have at least one viable eye, be true to name and clearly marked. Rocky Point Dahlia cannot be held responsible for tuber loss due to weather, growing conditions and other damage. If you’re not planting your tubers right away, your tubers should be unpacked and stored in a cool and dark spot until ready to be planted

Ordering/Shipping:
Your order is not guaranteed until you have cashed out. All orders are final and cannot be changed. We cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed. Shipping will commence after all danger of frost has past and will be shipped in the order they were received. We are not liable for any tubers damaged during shipping.

Refunds/Replacements:
Refunds and replacements are issued on a case by case basis. If possible a replacement tuber will be sent the current growing season or the following growing season. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given. In the event of a tuber refund only the cost of the tuber will be refunded. We cannot refund shipping costs.

Virus and Disease Protocol:
We take sanitation seriously and all tools are disinfected between each plant. We do not individually test our dahlias for virus. We aggressively cull any dahlias who show any signs of virus or disease. If you suspect that a dahlia you purchased directly from Rocky Point Dahlia may have a virus, please contact us immediately, we want to know. It is very difficult to identify where a plant has become infected. Refunds due to suspected virus will be taken on a case by case basis. Generally if that variety looks healthy in my garden we won’t offer a refund.
